I’m personally taking on a select group of online coaching clients that want to have their best basketball season yet by getting stronger and staying healthy all season long without missing a game .

I did miss a few games in high school due to injury but learned from this, and by adding strength training into my in-season routine, I never missed a game in college due to injury and I was playing close to 40 minutes a game my sophomore, junior and senior year.

The top basketball team in the country, the UCONN Women’s Basketball, strength trains 3X a week in the season, so why aren’t you?

Every female basketball player, whether it be middle, high school or college, should be performing some sort of strength training and doing some sort of regenerative work 1 to 2 times a week.

With the Women’s Basketball Performance In- Season Online Coaching Program, you will get:
  •  Zoom Intro Call with me so we can talk about your goal, injuries, what kind of season you want to have, your strengths and weaknesses

  •  ACL Checklist  
  •  Done For You Strength Training Program  
  •  Instructional Videos for each exercise in your training program
Because of the personalized attention, I will be giving to each female basketball player, I am only taking on 10 players .

1. You have to be truly committed to your goals.  They are your individual goals, not mine…but you must be committed to making them happen.

2. You must be coachable.  I’m going to build your success plan around your lifestyle, your goals and your unique circumstances, but you have to be willing to follow the plan or work with me to adapt it if we determine something doesn’t fit.  

3. No excuses or whining.  I can only work with a select few people at any given time since I’m personally designing everything specifically for them, so I want to surround myself with positive, motivated people.

That’s it! Those are all my requirements.  

The cost of the online coaching is 3 installments of $99 or 1 payment of $249.
